100 % « homemade », 100 % fresh produce
The quality, the produce and the freshness of the produce are at the heart of our vison of true cuisine. We get our supplies directly from producers who share our values, who for the most part are locally based.
Our meats come from the butsher's Grésard, our dairy products from the cheese dairy Michelin, our Jura wines from the Badoz Domain situated at Poligny. The very best of Franche Comté is therefore to be found in every one of our disches, for the greatest of culinary pleasures.
Other products such as Perch, Fera and other fish are carefully selected from different suppliers in the area and further afield.
All these flavours can be found in our 100% fresh homemade meals giving you the promise of a gourmet meal that is healthy and of high quality.
Our menu changes with the seasons, so as to promote freshness and flavour. This is why the menu changes regularly, depending on availability, the market, the quality of the product... and the Chef's own inspiration.

To complemente your meal we offer a wide selection of wines. As is to be expected, our wine menu brings to the fore our regional wines. Even though we place emphasis on our local Jura wines in our menu, over regional wines also fine their place including : Languedoc, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire...
